Email Account
All leads and email generated by your new site are being redirected to your email address of choice.
You presently have one mailbox with two aliases:
  • yourusername @yourdomain.xxx
  • info@yourdomain.xxx
  • firstname@yourdomain.xxx

You can always request more aliases, you can use and advertise anything@yourdomain.xxx, such as:

  • sold@yourdomain.xxx
  • buyers@yourdomain.xxx
  • sellers@yourdomain.xxx
  • flyer-A55@yourdomain.xxx
  • classified-dailynews@yourdomain.xxx

You may choose to use your POP3 mail client (e.g., Outlook Express or Eudora). Here's what you'll need to set it up:

  • POP3 -- mail.yourdomain.xxx
  • SMTP -- mail.yourdomain.xxx

 We will set up Webmail by request Great for when you're on vacation or just away from your own computer---you can use any other computer to access your email account on the web. The mail will be there for you to download to your mail client, when you get home!
No setup charges or monthly fees for five mailboxes with five autoresponders and five different redirects! You can have it in addition to POP3. Your password protected webmail link would be:

Listing Databases
There are two links on your site that point to listings:
Featured Homes  and Search Listings
  • Featured Homes points prospects to your current listing database with the link provided by you. Maintain your listings as normal and they will automatically update on this new site.

  • Featured Homes points prospects to Realty Manager™, your new listing database provided by us. Login and you can start adding, modifying or deleting your listings. Help is available after you log in. You might request an additional database for say...FSBO's, a special development, My Listings....

  • Search points to all the primary city area or regional listings as on the national MLS of your choice, local MLS or your current IDX MLS link provided by you.

Those who opt-in to receive your newsletter will receive one email every month announcing the new issue. They can unsubscribe at any time. Everything happens automatically. Login to review the sign-up logs, send a personal email and more.
When you get a "Web Site Visitor" email, add them to the mailing list. It's best done from your web site's Newsletter sign up page.

     Here you can view your site's statistics. This is a basic program that contains a lot of data. You can get a lot of general information, most of what you'll need. But if you are familiar with using site statistics, you might want more. For the novice, it could be a bit cumbersome. Especially, if you're not familiar with terminology and how the information relates to performance.
  • Urchin™ - v5.7.02 - User login
     There is an option we've made available to you due to numerous requests. Urchin™ is the best web analytics software on the market. Google™ saw the value, so they bought the company! If you're serious about getting the most from your ad campaigns and promotions, this is a must! It provides all of the most critical statistics and analysis you need with great graphics, understandable explanations, and a glossary of terms.
    To get set up requires individual domain installations, we're forced to charge a small one time setup fee of $35.00...you'll find it's more than worth it! Search Engine Position Reports (SEPR)
New Search Engine Position Reports are compiled upon request, only one per month. You can request a copy of your current search engine position report. Please, include your name and the name of your website, and allow normally 2 to 5 days for delivery. The reports are MASSIVE and take four hours, or more, just to compile and they burden our system's resources. Therefore, the long delivery time. We will then post them to your website and you will be emailed the links to view them. They may be deleted after 60 days. We don't keep these reports on file, they are too large; but upon request we can email them for you to archive.

Your web site is designed to be intuitive, easy to use. In most cases you only need to update your listings and check your email for leads!

If you're not getting any responses within two or three weeks, check your "bulk" email folder. Also, in some cases---even though they deny it---your ISP's spam filtering totally rejects these emails and you'll never see them. Let us know. We'll investigate and we'll provide a solution.

If you decide to customize your main website, most of your questions can be answered by reading the "website completion email" we have sent you.
